Alone In The Dark - 5.8% Black IPA

We teamed up with the Totally Natural Solutions team to create this beer which showcases their flowable hop products. We used HopGain® FLOE Citrulicious for the whirpool addition then HopBurst® Citrulicious and HopBurst® Nectaron cold side before dialling in the bitterness with HopAlpha® NISO. Black IPA is a style we love to brew and one that's perfect for the selected hops, bringing top notes of citrus and peach.

Together In The Light - 4.8% White IPA

We teamed up with our friends at Mysterious to brew this zesty and refreshing White IPA. Fresh orange peel was used in the whirlpool along with some lemon zest to give a citrus note which complements the Mandarina and Motueka hops, which bring more notes of orange with a twist of lime
