Carve'n Yams is back in a super small batch that won't hang around! This year we've reworked the recipe from top to bottom, dialling it in to just where we want it. Vienna and DRC malts bring delicious toasty raisin notes. We infused the cinnamon and coffee both hot side in the underback and cold side in the tank to extract those flavours at different temperatures and really help layer them in. Two different blends of coffee, roasted by local heroes Anonymous, were selected to add depth of flavour and aroma to this seasonal treat.
