MALTS: Low Colour Maris Otter, Roasted Wheat, Crystal, Chocolate.
HOPS: Bramling Cross, Jester, Godiva.
YEAST:
We teamed up with London's Anspach & Hobday and Hop Merchant Charles Faram to brew this Black IPA using exclusively British hops. Bramling Cross was used in the kettle followed by a dry hop of Jester and Godiva - newcomers from the Charles Faram Hop Development Programme. Expect a mahogany coloured beer with a gentle roastiness underpinning a flavour of blackcurrent and lychee with some grapefruit and citrus notes on the nose.
